ASP was appointed to advise on the security designs on a key development in St Helens, Chalon Way. Chalon Way comprises of units from 500 sq ft – 5,000 sq ft of prestigious office space. Spanning 10,000 sq ft, it is part of the overall regeneration of St Helens town centre. In total the development will span 3 storeys and be completed by 2008.
ASP was appointed to advise on the security designs on a key development in Trafford Park, Circle Court. Circle Court comprises of individual units of prestigious office space and totals 10,000 sq ft. The development spans 3 storeys and has a managed car park facility. It was project managed by Langtree and funded by Manchester Solutions.
ASP was appointed to produce a revolutionary security programme at the new Grammar School in AIwoodley Gates, Leeds. With the merger of Leeds Girls’ High School and Leeds Grammar School set for completion in September 2008, doubling the number of students to over 2,000, combined with the vast construction of new buildings on campus, a security overhaul was essential. The former Lea Green Farm site is within the National Coalfields Programme portfolio and is located within the St Helens Strategic Investment Area, a key regeneration designation in the southern corridor of the Borough of St Helens that is the focus of Objective 1 European Funding. Advanced Security Partners Ltd are appointed to provide consultancy services with regards to achieving Secured By Design accreditation for the scheme. Following a competitive tender ASP has been appointed to conduct an extensive feasibility study covering over five months of investigation reviewing all existing safety measures. Spanning 15 tower blocks, the land coverage and number of residents within the housing association dwellings is vast so it was imperative that all safety precautions and measures were considered.
Greenberg Glass - IT & Telephony ASP was appointed to advise on the IT & Telephony requirements for Greenberg Glass’ premises at Wellington Employment Park.

Widnes Waterfront is a development situated on the banks of the River Mersey and is to provide 30,000 sq ft of managed multi-let office space for up to 60 small start up/enterprise businesses. Advanced Security Partners Ltd is appointed to design and implement an integrated security solution for the development to achieve Secured By Design accreditation.
ASP was appointed to advise on the IT & Telephony designs on a key development in St Helens, Chalon Way. ASP was appointed to advise on the security designs for a brand new development near Manchester, The City Works (Phase 2). Totalling up to 150,000 sq ft, the development consists of units (some of which are bespoke) ranging from 1,713 sq ft. ASP was appointed to review the security designs across several Knowsley Housing Trust sites in the Merseyside area. This multi-site review includes the multi-storey complex of Ashton Park and is part of an overall upgrade of KHT’s 13,000 homes.
STAX Trade Centres - Manchester Headquarters ASP has been appointed to design the security system for the Manchester Stax Trade Centres. The new development totals £11million warehouse and office space. Twice the size of Stax’ current Manchester depot, it will be built to house the new headquarters and will be the largest of all UK Stax stores.
