 Wellington Place, Leeds - Marketing Suite 01/07/2007


ASP has been appointed to design the security infrastructure for one of - if not the - leading Leeds City Centre development schemes, Wellington Place. Early on in the site's planning stages, ASP conducted an intense security review to ensure optimum security for Phase I of the project which focuses on the marketing suite and public realm. This process will ensure a secure environment and platform to showcase the entire development.


 


 Hunts Cross 16/01/2007


Meridian Business Village, Hunts Cross is a new development of 22 self contained office units arranged in blocks of two, three, four and five units ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 sq.ft. Advanced Security Partners Ltd was appointed to design and implement an integrated security system for the scheme to achieve Secured By Design accreditation.


 


 Mercury Business Park - Phase 2 16/01/2007


Mercury is the Black Country’s premier new 350,000 sq ft business park opportunity with industrial units from 20,000 sq ft for sale or to let. Advanced Security Partners Ltd was appointed to design and implement an integrated security system for the second phase of Mercury to provide police response and achieve Secured By Design accreditation.


 


 40 Springardens 09/01/2007


ASP was appointed to design the entire security needs for 40 Springardens which lies at the heart of Manchester City Centre. The development measures 101,024 sq ft and is set over nine levels with an average floorplate of 11,225 sq ft. It includes a full height atrium rising through the building and 79 car parking spaces split over two levels.


 


 Latitude - Monk Bridge, Leeds 14/07/2006


ASP was appointed to advise on the security designs on a key development in Leeds, Latitude Red. Totalling 121,000 sq ft it will be the first commercial building to launch to market in 2008 from the groundbreaking Latitude scheme. In total Latitude will span 10 acres and be developed over the next 10 years. The largest city centre mixed-use development to date; it will comprise 600,000sq ft of prestigous commercial office accommodation, in addition to more than 700 apartments.

Matrix Business Village has been developed to provide 7,500 sq ft of fully serviced office suites, 12,500 sq ft of 'grow on' office space and 8 high quality workspace units totalling 17,400 sq ft. Connect Business Village, Derby Road site is being developed to include Centrix Centre, a multi-let standalone office to house service offices, reception, cafeteria and adult training facilities and Half Crown Street, a number of industrial units with possible creche facility.
