ASP was appointed to advise on the security designs on a key development in St Helens, Chalon Way. Chalon Way comprises of units from 500 sq ft – 5,000 sq ft of prestigious office space. Spanning 10,000 sq ft, it is part of the overall regeneration of St Helens town centre. In total the development will span 3 storeys and be completed by 2008.


The Chalon Way development is to be project managed by Langtree and funded by St Helens Chamber. The Chalon Way scheme has been designed using the principals of ‘Secured by Design’ status, a forward-thinking accreditation established by the National Assocation of Chief Police Officers.
